What are Vitamins?

Vitamins are important to your Health, and Skin Health!

Vitamins are organic molecules and micronutrients which are essential for the body to function. Your body needs vitamins for metabolism, cell growth and regeneration, and immunity. The important thing to understand is that vitamins (except for Vitamin D) CANNOT be synthesized in by the body, and they MUST come from outside sources. Commonly we get our vitamins from dietary intake, or topical (skin) applications!

We use MANY vitamins in our skin care products for all of their great benefits!!
